VNA of NWI
Services:
The VNA of NWI provides home, facility, and inpatient hospice care, palliative care, lifeline personal emergency response services, and the VNA Phoenix Center for children dealing with traumatic loss. VNA of NWI also runs Porter County’s Meals on Wheels program.
