  • North Central Community Action Agency, Inc. - This is the La Porte based community action agency. They help qualified families and individuals with:

    • Rent assistance
    • Heating bill assistance
    • Government Aid (WIC, low-income housing vouchers and grant-based programs to cover everything from heating bills to rent)
