North Central Community Action Agencies (NCCAA) is a private, non-profit established to address the concerns facing low-income people. NCCAA provides the following programs and services: Energy Assistance, Home Weatherization, Before and After School and Summer Youth Programs, Senior Congregate Feeding Program and other senior activities, Emergency Rental Assistance, Children Vision Screening, Wheelchair Ramp/Home Safety Repair, Community Service Programs in Starke and Pulaski Counties, and Information and Referral Source.
