Worthy Recovery
Services:
Worthy Recovery provides Moral Reconation Therapy to La Porte County Jail inmates. Moral Reconation Therapy is also provided for residents of the Worthy Women Recovery Home in La Porte which is a Christian recovery home for up to 14 non-violent female offenders with histories of substance abuse.
Programs:
- Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)® Cognitive Behavioral Program
- Staying Quit Relapse Prevention
- MRT is facilitated weekly, with partial funding support from the Unity Foundation.
- 12 Step Spiritual Journey is facilitated weekly.
- Life Skills is facilitated weekly.
- Health & Fitness 3 to 4 times weekly
- Volunteering is a must, weekly.
- Financial Responsibility is taught weekly.
- Residents musts attend counseling twice a week, and One-on-One meetings with the Executive Director 1-2 times weekly.
