The Intrepid Phoenix offers fitness programs to people recovering from drug and alcohol addictions. Fitness programs increase chances of abstinence and sobriety, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, help with depression and improve overall health and well-being. The Intrepid Phoenix’s mission is to provide a holistic mind and body fitness approach to substance abuse recovery by creating a positive environment and fellowship.
