Services:
La Porte NorthShore provides intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to men and women ages 18-38. We offer family group support, individual treatment plans and counseling, age-specific peer group counseling, relapse prevention, and art and music recovery programs. Our faith-based program explores the 12 steps of recovery and is led by licensed alcohol and drug addiction counselors and mental health professionals. We offer services on a sliding-scale cost and accept Medicaid and most forms of billable insurance. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available for the treatment of opioid use disorders.
