Anam Cara Stables is dedicated to helping people heal by facilitating equine assisted growth and learning opportunities as well as equine assisted psychotherapy. Anam Cara Stables' lush pastures and beautiful country setting provides an ideal environment for a facilitated journey of self-discovery, healing, increased school success and more. Certified by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA), Mental Health Providers and Equine Specialists partner with clients and horses to achieve identified goals ranging from increased school success, personal confidence, and self-esteem to healing/recovery from trauma, grief/loss, PTSD, eating disorders, anger management, ADHD, addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health and relationship issues.
