Services: Employer Resource Network. We are success coaches hired by companies to work with frontline employees to resolve outside barriers that keep them from working. We connect people to local and statewide resources and help teach them how to navigate all of the systems that are in place designed to help people. As well, we assist people in accessing job training opportunities and career advancement.
